Privacy Policy

70X7 Venture Studio ("70X7", "we", "us") starts and operates new companies. This policy covers 70x7.ai, the 70X7 console, and related services we run (together, the "Services").

Account information: when you sign in, our authentication provider gives us your name, email address, profile image, and the organization you belong to.

Information you provide: messages, documents, forms, and other content you submit through the Services, including details you share as a founder, operator, partner, or prospective backer.

Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and diagnostic and error data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Connected accounts: if you choose to connect a third-party service (for example Google Workspace, GitHub, or Vercel), we receive the access tokens and data that service shares under the permissions you grant.

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and manage access; to operate the companies and projects you are involved with; to communicate with you; to meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you connect a Google account, we access only the Google data needed for the features you turn on, such as directory, calendar, or Drive information used to set up and run workspaces for 70X7 companies.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, we do not sell it, and people read it only with your permission, for security or legal reasons, or as part of operating the feature you requested.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

We share information with service providers that host, secure, and support the Services (such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and error monitoring providers), under agreements that limit their use of it.

We may also share information with portfolio companies you work with, with professional advisers, in connection with a financing, merger, or sale of assets, or when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 70X7, our users, or others.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal and business obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and managed secret storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to disconnect a linked account, by writing to mike@70x7.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice through the Services.
