Answer the SEC questions. Accredited investors are reviewed by our team. Everyone else gets their Reg CF investment limit.

Invest when an offering opens

Each company raises through a registered funding portal, with its own offering documents. Nothing is sold here before that.

Accreditation

Accredited or not, there is a way in.

Accredited investors

You qualify if any one of these is true. No Reg CF limit applies once we verify it.

  • IncomeIndividual income over $200,000 in each of the last two years, and you expect the same this year.
  • Joint incomeJoint income with a spouse or spousal equivalent over $300,000 in each of the last two years, expected again this year.
  • Net worthNet worth over $1,000,000, alone or with a spouse or spousal equivalent, not counting your primary residence.
  • Professional licenseYou hold a Series 7, Series 65 or Series 82 license in good standing.
  • Entity assetsThe entity has over $5,000,000 in assets and was not formed to buy these securities.
  • Accredited ownersEvery equity owner of the entity is an accredited investor.
  • Regulated institutionA bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, insurance company or registered investment company.

Everyone else

Regulation Crowdfunding lets anyone invest, within a 12-month limit set by your income and net worth.

  • If your income or net worth is under $124,000: the greater of $2,500 or 5% of the greater of the two.
  • If both are $124,000 or more: 10% of the greater of the two, up to $124,000.
  • We work out your limit when you set up your profile.
